Anthony "Tony" Jay Honeycutt

WADESBORO - On Monday, December 8, 2025, Antony "Tony" Jay Honeycutt, 39, passed away peacefully at Wadesboro Health and Rehab.

Jay was born December 11, 1985 in Anson County, NC and was a son of Richard Jay Honeycutt and Audrey Louise Gallimore Honeycutt. He was educated in the public schools of Anson County. 

He enjoyed time spent with his family. Playing with his toys was always a high-lite, especially with his nieces and he loved eating cookies. Elmo was his favorite cartoon character.

Those who are left to cherish his memory are his parents, Richard and Audrey Honeycutt of Troy; his brother and sisters, Justin Honeycutt (Rashel) of Polkton, Nikkie Robinson (Josh) of Biscoe, and Deanna Honeycutt of Albemarle; his nieces, Izabell Honeycutt, Jadzia Honeycutt, Trinity Honeycutt, and Katie Honeycutt; his aunt, Missy McCray (Charles) of Pageland, SC and his great-uncles and great-aunts, Charles Allen and Jeanette Hagin both of Wadesboro, Bobby Allen of Polkton, Hazel Gaines of Winston-Salem and Janet Lee of Norwood and his extended family at Wadesboro Health and Rehab.

The family will have a private memorial service at a later date.
