WADESBORO - Mrs. Betty Jeane Conley, 76, died Tuesday, January 3, 2017 at Carolinas HealthCare System Anson. Betty was born August 10, 1940 in Elizabeth, WV a daughter of the late Henry Jennings Twyman and Lorraine Elma Post Twyman. She had worked with the City of Vienna, WV. Surviving are her daughters and sons-in-law, Sherri and Jack Williams and Pam and Gene Harney all of Cheraw, SC and Lisa and Jeff Smith of Matthews; her grandchildren, Stanton Shepherd of Chesterfield, SC, Devin Joseph of Wallace, SC, Kaylee Conley of Southern Pines, Delaney Smith of Matthews, Summer Williams of Greenville, SC and Morgan Williams of McBee, SC; her great-grandchildren, Casen and Christian Conley of Southern Pines and Annabell Joseph of Wallace, SC; her brothers, Bud Twyman of Parkersburg, WV, Frank Twyman of Cleveland, OH and George Twyman of Elizabeth, WV. Services will be private at a later date in Elizabeth, WV. The arrangements are in care of Leavitt Funeral Home.
