Carol Sue Shaw Terry

WADESBORO – On Friday, January 22, 2021, Mrs. Carol Sue Shaw Terry, 65, passed away at Atrium NorthEast in Concord. Carol was born November 5, 1955 in Richmond County, NC and was a daughter of the late Edward Franklin Shaw and the late Nina Mae Loflin Shaw. She worked for a number of years as manager at McDonald’s in Wadesboro and later at McRae Boot Company in Mt. Gilead. Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Robert E. Terry; her children, Tina Greer and Teresa Hensley both of Wadesboro and Richard Hensley(Ginger) of Troy; her grandchildren, Anthony Doswell and Candra Butler both of Wadesboro, Christy Akers (Kenny) of Albemarle, Richard Hensley, IV and Sarah Grace Hensley both of Troy and CJ Butler of Charlotte; her great-grandchildren, Brooke, McKenley, Kendon, Jaden, Kayden and Keelee and her brothers and sister, Billy Shaw (Joyce) of Rockingham, Michael Saul and Debbie Lynn Morton (Lynn) both of Norwood and Patricia Pugh of Robbins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant son, Ryan Edward Terry and her brother, Frankie Shaw. The memorial service will be private.
