Ellerbe- Walter Franklin Cassidy, 65, passed away, Friday, May 10, 2024 at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital.

Funeral services are private.

Frankie was born in Anson County, February 13, 1959, a son of the late Mack Clee Cassidy and Margie Sue Johnson Cassidy.

Surviving are his sons, Charles Cassidy and wife, Misty Lea of Ellerbe and Mack Cassidy and wife, Terri of Ellerbe; his grandchildren, Nevaeh, Nemo, Mattie, Zack, Jackson, James, Kayli and Cole; his siblings, Irene McKenize and husband, Tommy of Polkton, Maxine Smith of Kissee Mills, MO and Randy Cassidy of Rockingham.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son and daughter-in-law, Joseph and Katie Cassidy; his granddaughter, Miya Faith Cassidy; his brothers, Ricky, Jimmy and Donnie Cassidy.
