ALBEMARLE - On Monday, August 26, 2024, Darlene Rorie Sturdivant-Elam, 84, passed away peacefully to be with her Lord while a patient at Atrium Health Stanly in Albemarle.
Funeral services will be 1:00 PM, Wednesday, September 4, 2024 at St. Delight Church in Albemarle. Interment will follow in Stanly Gardens of Memory. The family will greet friends from 12:30 PM until 1:00 PM Wednesday at the church prior to the service.
The public viewing will be from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM Tuesday, September 3, 2024 at Leavitt Funeral Home in Wadesboro.
The family is gathering at the Sturdivant home in Albemarle.
