Donna Shepherd Bowman

Wadesboro - On Sunday, January 23, 2022, Donna Shepherd Bowman, 78, passed away peacefully at her home with her family there with her.

Donna was born in Perry County, KY, and was a daughter of the late Monroe Shepherd and the late Bess Johnson Shepherd. She was a gemologist, having worked in jewelry sales.

Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Jamie Hoskins (Tammy) of Lilesville, Avery Hoskins (Dee) of Lexington, KY and Sissy Hoskins (Twoie) of Wadesboro; her grandchildren, Brandon, Kendal, Heather, and James Michael and her great-grandchild,

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Cleoo Tompkins and Harriet Jenkins.

Donna's request was to have a very simple graveside service at Anson Memorial Park at 11:00 am, Thursday, January 27, 2022

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Polkton Church of Christ, P.O. Box 248, Polkton, NC 28135.
