LILESVILLE - On Thursday, Mrs. Emma Vaughn Poplin, 85, passed away peacefully at Richmond County Hospice Haven in Rockingham surrounded by the love of her family.
Funeral services will be 4:00 PM, Monday, July 27, 2026 in the Chapel of Leavitt Funeral Home with Rev. Sigrid Mottram and Mr. Ken Caulder officiating. Interment will follow in Forestville United Methodist Church Cemetery.
The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service on Monday and other times at the home of her son and daughter-in-law, David and Ann Poplin, 524 Ingram Road in Lilesville.
