Concord - On Sunday, October 24, 2021, Evelyn Leak entered into eternal rest while she was a patient at Atrium NorthEast in Concord.
The Home Going Service will be 2:00 pm Sunday, October 31, 2021 outside at Leavitt Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Galilee AME Zion Church Cemetery in McFarlan.
The public viewing will be Saturday, October 30, 2021 from 3:00 pm until 6:00 pm at the funeral home.
