WADESBORO - On Sunday, June 7, 2026, Mrs. Faye Blalock Gathings, 90, passed away peacefully at McWhorter Hospice House in Monroe with her loving family gathered at her bedside.
Funeral services will be at 3:00 PM, Saturday, June 13, 2026, at Deep Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Mark Perko officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
The family will greet friends from 6:00 PM until 7:30 PM on Friday, June 12, 2026, at Leavitt Funeral Home and at other times at the home.
