Janice Elizabeth Conklin Koskey

LILESVILLE - On Sunday, May 5, 2024, Janice Elizabeth Koskey, passed away peacefully at her home at the age of 76.

Janice was  born in Yonkers, NY on May 22, 1947 and was a daughter of the late Joseph and Nancy Farrell Conklin. She worked for a number of years as a registered nurse and retired later as a teacher's assistant.

Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Edward Koskey and wife, Veronica, Tara Pecsi and husband, Bruce and Walter Koskey and partner, Tecoy Kennedy; her sister-in-law, Evanna Koska; her cousin, Patrick Condon; 21 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Francis Walter Koskey, her son, Duane Koskey, Sr. and her great-granddaughter, Shelby Koskey.

Janice's family is most grateful to Gentiva Hospice of Rockingham for the care they provided for her and suggest memorials be made to Gentiva Hospice, 1198 Rockingham Rd, Rockingham, NC 28379.

Her family is honoring her wishes in that she will be cremated with no services.
