Polkton - On Saturday, March 6, 2021, Mr. John Earl Davis, 68, went to be with the Lord while he was a patient at Atrium Health Union in Monroe. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Saturday, March 13, 2021, in the Chapel of Leavitt Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Cedar Hill AME Zion Church Cemetery in Ansonville. The family will greet friends from 1:30 pm until 2:00 pm Saturday at the funeral home and other times at the home of his sister,r Eloise Davis in Ansonville. COVID 19 precautions in place at all times -social distancing and wearing masks.
