Michael Wayne Diggs

Morven- Mr. Michael Wayne Diggs, 56, passed away, Tuesday, August 6, 2024 at Novant Health Presbyterian Hospital in Charlotte.

 Funeral services will be private.

 Michael was born July 21, 1968 in Anson County, NC and was a son of the late Blanford Carlyle Diggs and Myrtle Smith Diggs. He owned and operated Diggs Body Shop in Morven. Michael loved sightseeing and traveling. 

 Surviving are his daughter, Paige Diggs of Morven; step-daughters, Tiffany Tatro of Rockingham and Emily Tatro of Marshville; his grandson, Michael “Bookie” Tillman of Rockingham; his sister, Lisa Andrews of Wadesboro; special-niece Brittany (Jeremy) Baker of Norwood; and numerous nieces and nephews.

 In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his companion, Pamela K. Tatro; and sister, Teresa Diggs Lear.
