Myra Kay Hough Steen

WADESBORO – Myra Kay Hough Steen, 64, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June 16, 2020 at her home. There will be a memorial service at 1:00pm Saturday, June 27, 2020 at Hopewell Baptist Church in Wadesboro with Pastor Karl Randall officiating. Myra Kay was born August 5, 1955 in Anson County, NC and was a daughter of Mildred Ruth Meachum Hough Mills and the late William Lacy Hough, Jr. She was a 1974 graduate of Bowman High School. Surviving are her mother, Mildred Mills of Monroe; her son, Chad Steen (Rosemarie) of Wadesboro; her grandson, Chris Steen of Wadesboro; 2 great-grandchildren; her sister, Crystal DeBerry (Donnie) of Rockingham; her brothers, Mike Hough of Wadesboro and Vic Hough of Lilesville; and dear friends Gila Davis and Betty Jean Bailey.
