Paul Eugene Hanna

Wadesboro- Mr. Paul Eugene Hanna, 87, passed away peacefully Sunday, May 24, 2026 at Anson Health and Rehab in Wadesboro.

There will be a Graveside Service at 1:00 PM, Tuesday, June 2, 2026 at Hanna Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery in Wadesboro with Mr. Toby Carpenter officiating. The family will greet friends following the service.

Paul was born September 29, 1938 in Anson County, NC a son of the late George Washington Hanna and Eunice Meachum Hanna. He was a graduate of Wadesboro High School and was retired as a long distance truck driver.

He was survived by his daughters, Angie Hanna Levy (Steve) of Wake Forest and Hollie Hanna Willis (John) of Wake Forest; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; his siblings, Charles Hanna of Rockwell, NC, Katie Ennis (Steve), Maxine Burr Hildreth and Evelyn Carpenter all of Wadesboro; special friend, Julie Davis and her family, Tiffany Davis, Ryan Davis and Carson Davis.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Paula Hanna Tyson, his siblings, Georgia Hildreth and Earl Hanna.
