WINSTON-SALEM - On Wednesday, October 3, 2023, Pearline Williams, 80, passed away peacefully at her home in Winston-Salem.

She was born September 8, 1943 in Anson County, NC and was a daughter of the late Robert Archer Williams and the late Susie Lee Tate Williams.  She was educated in the public schools of Anson County and received certification as a nurse's assistant.

Pearline worked for a number of years as a CNA in nursing facilities in New Jersey and Florida before returning to her home state of North Carolina.

Those left to cherish her memories are her daughter and son; her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Barbara Williams and her sisters and brothers, Effie Nell Williams, Leona Williams, Melvin Williams, Sylvester Williams, Mary  Black, Dollie Rivers, and Dorothy  Miller.

There will be a viewing from 10:00AM until 11:00AM Saturday, October 14, 2023 at Leavitt Funeral Home in Wadesboro, with a graveside service following at 11:30AM at Westview Memorial Park.
