Wadesboro - Mrs. Ruth Gill Morton, 99, formerly of Wadesboro died Thursday, July 18, 2019 at Bickford Assisted Living and Memory Care in Suffolk, VA. Funeral services will be 11:00am Monday, July 22, 2019 at First United Methodist Church, Wadesboro with Rev. Dr. Sarah Kalish officiating. Interment will follow in Anson Memorial Park. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service on Monday at the church. She was predeceased by her husband, Walter Morton. She is survived by her daughter, Anne OBrien(Kevin),her grandsons Joseph (Lita) and Will (Becca) and six great grandchildren, Leyla Gutierrez, Jacob, Keegan, Liliana, Colin and Quinn OBrien.
