Sarah Treadaway Hildreth

FLORENCE, SC - On Monday, March 18, 2024, Mrs. Sarah Treadaway Hildreth, 86, wife of the late Grady Lee Hildreth, passed away peacefully at The Palms in Florence, SC.

There will be a memorial service at 10:00 AM on Saturday, April 13, 2024, in the Chapel of Leavitt Funeral Home with Pastor Jay Gibson officiating. Inurnment will be in Bennett Family Cemetery in Wadesboro.

Sarah was born November 20, 1937, in Anson County, NC, and was a daughter of the late Parker Holmes Treadaway and the late Elsie Elise Mcrae Treadaway. She was a graduate of Lilesville High School.

Those left to cherish her memory are her brother and sister-in-law, John and Kathy Treadaway of Cheraw, SC and her nieces and nephews and their families.

In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by her brothers and sisters, Bob Treadaway, Mary Lou Harward, Jim Treadaway, Richard Treadaway, Patsy Treadaway, Joyce Treadaway and infant Margaret Treadaway.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Leavitt Funeral Home, P.O. Box 274, Wadesboro, NC 29170 to assist with expenses.
