He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was a simple man who enjoyed life and time shared with his family and friends. He had a giving spirit and would help anyone in need he encountered, he would give the shirt off his back if needed.

Buddy Roe's family is most appreciated to the staff of Woodridge Assisted Living for all the love and care they have shown to him while he was a resident there and most recently to VIA Health Partners Hospice and Palliative Care for their care and support during his time of transition from his earthly life to his heavenly home.
Although gone from our sight, he will love on in the hearts of all who have loved and known him, family and friends alike.
In the words of his nephew, Buddy Roe lived a full life and even after having strokes and living at Woodridge he was a very happy and content, always living life to the fullest, even in times of simplest means he made the best of it and was always at peace. Heaven has received a beautiful soul.
